Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My low beam headlights stopped working. I've checked the fuses and bulbs, but both are fine. All the other lights work, fog lights, marker and turn signals, high beam all work.

it is possibly the bulbs both burned out at the same time...seen it on the Prius~not sure how that you figured out the bulbs were still good, but could check to see how you're wired there...could be a RELAY, might be Grounding to the headlight can, or chassis~ for a 2009, enough moisture or god forbid salt, the ground connection can become "iffy" so that's be a good place to check~ All connections from the battery and the lead connection from the - cable to the Block...as that one warms up and cools down every use, moisture can work it's way in...this is a troublesome concern...and certainly one could disassemble this connection, clean it with a wirebrush and put it back together~ that could only HELP the situation~

I guess I should have been a little more detailed, I took the bulbs and fuses out and visually inspected them. The filaments in both bulbs are okay. I checked both fuses and neither are blown.

I was also reading on another thread that it might be the front ECU. That you should be able to feel a click in the ECU when you switch it from off to taillights to headlights. I can't feel anything but I can hear a clicking when I go from off to taillights, but not to headlights. Yesterday I asked if that could be an indicator, but as of right now I haven't received a response.
