my 2009 Mitsubishi galant wont start on first try

Asked by Daniel Feb 23, 2017 at 05:24 PM about the 2009 Mitsubishi Galant ES

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2009 Mitsubishi galant, nothing has been tuned or changed except
for the battery, and it simply won't start on the first try. It normally takes 2 or 3
times to start. It turns over just fine. I have 173 thousand miles on it and I
need to get my oil changed in about 60 more miles.

Sound like it is in need of a good tune-up. Throttle body and MAF being cleaned, new air and fuel filter, spark plugs and such, a general look over for any problems.
