What should be the coolant temperature be in a 2006 pursuit

After a while driving my car the digital coolant temperature is 80-88. is that normal. what
is it suppose to be marking?

I assume that's °C which converts to 88°C is 190°F. Normal..even a bit cool.... 80°C is 176°F which is actually not hot enough for good engine care
