Bank one (heated) is always the o2's before cats. But I always like to check why it is setting this code and I find that many times the o2's are good and it is a vacuum leak or dirty MAF or IACV sensor or a bad spark plug or plug wire or dirty PCV valve. I would have or check these out before throwing good money away.

Hey I made a mistake here on my post before. Bank 1 sensor 2 is after cat not before cat sorry I ran that back through my mind and realized I had said that wrong.
I have a 2009 Aveo and its thrown the same code. I checked resistance at the heater circuit and it came back at 11.7 ohms. so i believe the heater element is still good. My car does have a slight miss under load at about 1900/2000 rpm. You think a bad spark plug or dirty MAF could be causing that and falsely throwing the heater circuit code?
