What can i can to stop My Mitsubishi Lancer 2009 from Locking The speed?

Can't go higher than 80mph before i
could now it got locked and wont let
me.

i have to ask how old are you and do you still live at home with you parents? the reason for me asking that is because ive only seen this on vehicles such as for government use like the military, its called a governor its purpose is so that you cant go any faster than they want you to. so if you have smart sneaky parents and you are still on there ins. well you know the rest of the story

Oh nope none of that i can actually go higher than 80 when im holding down the gas is when i go higher than 100 at first and when i try to the rpms start to go higher like if i was in a stick car wanting me to shift but is from factory i would need a card to bypass the problem.
