No- that is a good price- the 30,000 is a major service- and must be done to KEEP your car running well for a long time- changing all the fluids, tuneup and check up is a lot of work- and done by the dealer it is theoretically done right- so you did the right thing to take care of your car and you got a pretty good price-
You were ripped off. Yo do need to do anything at 30,000 except change oil, filter, air filter. If you read your manual you would have known these were not needed or recommended. Whoever wrote you first reply either did the work and wants to cover himself or does not know anything about Acura. Also you need to change the cabin air filter which is behind the glove box. Go to "you tube" and you can do it yourself for the price of the filter. Stay away from whoever ripped you off. What the hell is a "tuneup" nowadays anyways when everything is eleyctronic
Did you know that mechanics are paid at car dealers(at least in my area) only if they find chargeable work. They can spend an hour on your car, find nothing wrong and get paid. I have a 2006 Acura TSX with 150,000 and have changed spark plugs once, trans oil and brake fluid once. Still have original brakes.(have had a few batteries and sets of tires though!!
