I had this problem; heard no sound at all for directionals, key being left in the ignition, or the radio. It was the left front speaker being dead.

Jimwest... I have this same issue in my impala. I know for sure the driver’s speaker is dead. What did you have to do to fix this?

Tamara...the Chevy deaIer I bought it from replaced the speaker. However, later on it went out again, so then they changed the connector. A third time it went out, and they re-wired the system. That was in 2015, and since then there have been no problems. The factory speakers in cars are usually not great to start with, so hopefully just replacing your speaker will take care of it.
