Why does my driver tire feel like its dragging
instead of rolling smoothly

Can be a dragging brake or wheel/hub bearing. When brake hoses start to go bad they can prevent brake fluid from fully returning to master cylinder, which causes a dragging brake. Have a mechanic inspect it.
