2009 cobalt steering column loose and alignment is off. Rt. blinker and power steering affected.  Any suggestions?

Sounds like you've got several problems. Blinker and power steering will be electrical in nature. Looseness in the steering column could be the intermediate shaft that joins the column to the steering rack. Alignment issues are another problem again best diagnosed and repaired by a wheel alignment shop.
