What do these codes mean and what do I do to fix this

My 09 Malibu is showing codes P0621 and
U0121.

code P0621 means that the powertrain control module, PCM has detected a malfunction with the generator lamp control circuit. U0121 means the Data bus: anti lock brake system ABS control module no communication. This is set when communication between the ABS brake system control module and the PCM is lost for a specified time.

As far as fixing? Have you done anything to the car recently, has it been in water, etc?
