Can I change my middle console with a ford truck jump seat console to provide a 3rd seat when needed instead of getting bench seat?

The middle row center console from the Taurus X and the Ford Explorer (unibody version) all fit in the space between the two captain's seats in the middle row. Go to Fordflex.net and you'll see many references from folks who've done this modification.
