IT WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE A SPOILER BUT YOUR GETTING A GOOD DEAL FOR THAT CAR
Odd that it doesn't have the rear spoiler. Guessing someone special ordered it new from a Ford Dealer without it?? If you're getting it from a Ford Dealer, MAYBE you can negotiate a deal to have them install one, since it should come with one (You could always BS them and tell 'em another Dealer has the same car/same $$ with spoiler...LOL).
Are you sure that it's supposed to have a spoiler? Does it have the other premium items. Is someone passing off a lesser model for the higher valued Premium model?

There was a spoiler delete option. Personally, unless there is anything but a small flush mount spoiler, I prefer not to have one. Sounds like a good deal. Go for it!
That price is insane! Sounds at least $6k low to me. At that point I would almost be worried why...

Hans, Agree. Must do due diligence. If all checks out, it's an awesome deal!
I have 09 GT premium with a glass roof 45th badges & a GT style spoiler. check the vin.numbers.
^Thats my exact car (except for the glass roof)! Even the same color :-)
Hans, in 09 the sticker was 33,985. dark candy apple red, I just love this stang and I'm sure you will too. Wach out, the mods for this will clean you out. LOL
Yeah, I've had mine since new...I'm not the one who posted the question ;-) I absolutely love the car and will probably buy another when it comes time. I have about 53k miles on mine now and have had almost no trouble. Best car I have ever owned by far!
Gotcha Hans, I have 21,232 miles on my stang. Good to know your miles.
