Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I just bought a 09 buick enclave, drove great on
test drive.  The next day when I got home from
work it ran really rough,  died and would not start
until it was cool and it's getting terrible mileage.
Had two codes p0430 bank 2 and p0300. We
replaced the spark plugs,  all of the coil packs and
new pcv valve. We reset the codes,  drive 15 miles
and ir is doing the same thing except it will start
when warmed up if youy give it gas while starting
but won't idle,  just dies.  Woukd a bad cat
converter cause this ir should I look at something
else first?
