Chimes & Turn signal do not make noise anymore

the chimes through the dash not the turn signal clicking sound have stopped.
someone told me that the dash cluster needed to be replace or repaired.

Probably not. The solutions are likely to be easier than replacing the "cluster". The directional signal "clicking" is made by the relay mounted under the dash and is a cheap part that is easily replaced. The chimes are another issue but somewhere inside the dash is a sounder unit that also can probably be replaced (that one my well be mounted on the circuit board that controls the "cluster").
