2009 Buick Lucerne with heated and cooled seats, the back of pass. seat not heating.

Asked by Jhogan5090 Dec 17, 2014 at 11:10 AM about the 2009 Buick Lucerne CXL1 FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

All the indicator lights work and all the heated seats work except the passenger back cushion.  I have found out from the Buick dealer there is no heating pad (element) in the back cushion with heated and cooled seats, but a blower system that sends heat and cool to the back cushion.  Before I dive into this problem, looking for advise and direction.  Thanks, Joe
