2009 chevrolet Tahoe HVAC hot after ECU and BCM program

Hello
My 2009 chevy Tahoe HVAC blow hot air after ECU and BCM programming
throw ACDelco service program.
Before was cold and act normally. But now some air comes cold and some
hot.
even the rear seat AC is hot to.

Did they have battery unplugged from wires for a while? A dealership will have to use what they told us was a device to make electronics work properly again( Air, Heat, Radio) Etc. $70 is what we were charged several years ago. Talk to a dealership and ask them what function needs to be done.
