Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2009 Dodge Charger, 2.7 L engine. The car
won't start. Replaced the battery, had alternator
tested and it's fine. All the dash lights come on, the
radio comes on; however, the car won't start. Also
the key fob won't unlock the doors. The car wont
start with a jump. Does anyone have any
suggestions?
