Something is short circuiting blowing the fuse. You probably need a mechanic to fix this issue.

Follow the harness that houses your 12v cable to the starter as well as your S terminal wire, there's a spot under the battery box where this harness will rub through and ground out against the transmission case.
So did you ever find out what it was? Im having same issue. Gonna try these 2 things before i take it back to dealership for them to tell me i blew a fuse again knowing this already.

I found my s terminal wire for the starter had worn through the wiring harness near the battery. The wire was shorting out on the tranmission causing fuse number 11 to blow. I moved the harness retaped it and put a rubber hose around the starter wire that had the abrasion worn through the insulation
Thanks to Guru9BD813 for pointing out the exact reason my daughter's 2009 Escape (V6) kept blowing 30A starter fuses. The fix involves removing the battery and bottom battery tray. You'll see a wire harness below the tray that comes into contact with a sharp edge of the transmission housing. The green/brown starter S wire insulation was worn through and shorting to the transmission housing. In some of the attached pictures I've already removed the damaged sleeving. I used electrical tape to cover the broken insulation and covered repair with new plastic wire sleeve. I used another layer of tape over the wire sleeve.
