Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The lights inside the car do not turn on when you open the door. They usually do and then
gradually dim off.

You probably bumped the dome light selector switch. It's either on the dome light itself or on the dash. It should say ON-DOOR-OFF. It's a 3 position switch. Put it back on the door setting.

Its the actual dome light housing itself. The slider switch has gone bad. Its best to replace the whole thing; its about $45 for the part: 9L8Z 13776 A dome lamp assembly
