It's bout cooling fans on more then usuall... when
I'm driving cooling fans are on but at a stop sign or
stop light they go off .car shows no sign of
overheating ... .. I checked under the hood for the
coolant fluid its green but says dexcool and I kno
that's orange ... would that be the problem .??
Should I flush the green and add the orange .??
Went to the place I got it from and they say it's
universal ... PLEAS HELP

The green is fine, so long as you didn't add it on top of the dexcool/orange stuff. If the 'universal' coolant was added said it could mix with dexcool, that's fine too. That doesn't mean you don't have something else going on the cooling system though, like a sticking thermostat, restricted radiator, or fading water pump.

Check the bottle the green coolant came in, and make sure it specifically states it is "universal" (can mix with Dexcool). Otherwise you'll have to flush coolant and replace it. If car shows no sign of overheating, and temp gauge doesn't climb higher than usual, check the fan relay(s). Maybe one is sticking on longer than it should. (if there is a similar rated amperage relay in the underhood power distribution box swap them, and see if problem follows the relay or goes away.) The engine coolant temp sensor is what actually tells the PCM when to turn the fans on, but before suspecting that part I'd replace the thermostat and make sure you're topped off on coolant, and have good flow through the radiator.
