My car is making a noticeable humming sound
when goinv down the road. Also when using
remote starter it blows cold air and also when
idling. It blows hot air while driving but cools off
when I slow dow

Humming: check wheel/hub bearings, tires; heat/cold: check coolant level, if its low you may not have enough to cycle through heater core accept when revving engine. These are just starting points, there are other things you can check if these are ok.
