Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

When I get the sites generated message (I an interested in your (year, make, and model)). I respond to the message, but I never get a response from the interested buyer. I have received over 20 interested buyers, I have even accepted offers, but I have never received a response back. is my message getting through. please help.
