2009 LTZ 5.3, clock 2 hours ahead

I’ve had this problem since I got the suburban.
Every time I start the car the clock is two hours
ahead of the normal time. I have reset it multiple
times using the passcode on the secret screen. I
have tried to reset the clock by pressing the clock
button as well.  I have also adjusted the Compass
setting to California. It appears that the  suburban
was made in Texas and wants to stay on that time.
Does anyone have a fix for this.
