The A/C works primarily by removing moisture from the air using the evaporator in your dashboard area. Moisture is normally drained from the evaporator forward of the front of dash via a drain in the evaporator housing. Any time you find the moisture from the evaporator running into the interior of the car usually means the drain is plugged or not functioning. Look for the drain which is about the size of your thumb, black and has a lip on the bottom. Squeeze the lip and your drain should open.
