Just tap with a bigger hammer on the outside diameter just above the studs, and on the face in-between the studs. Spray some PB-Blaster around the smaller center O.D. where it slides on the wheel hub. It shouldn't take much to get it off, just rusted a bit.
Pull on the back side of the rotor while taping on the rotor.
A lead hammer should do the trick. When in doubt use a bigger hammer!
