I recently changed the oil on my yukon. I
noticed that everytime I accelerate moves.
When I let go of the gas, it goes back. It
was doing it before the oil change.

Oil pressure gauge, Well as miles & hours roll by wear takes place making once tighter tolerances more spacious which lowers the oil pressure as the engine wears, not saying it is blown up or about too but rather this happens, if no noises then drive on. You may wish to step up the oil viscosity to the next thicker oil, What are you using now?

We had a old car years ago with lower oil pressure than one would like to have but did have pressure, we started using 20w50 and it did raise a little, we drove it (1976 model) many trips when we came back was nearly 2000+ mile trips and it held up fine. Still ran when we traded it in.
