My car doesn't start. When I turn my key I am getting sign "take your key from ignition" what is be the problem and how to fix?

I have the exact same problem mines the same year and it wont turn over and it says remove key. If you figure it out please post it here.

I found out that the problem was with a steering lock. I took it to the specialist and they changed it.

But not in the dealer shop. They will charge more. This was the body shop who has special license for Mercedes alarm system. Per my understanding steering lock is a part of alarm system.
