What's wrong with my 2009 C300 it will not start.

2009 C300 Sport... Battery Good. All lights work dash lights up with no warnings... key has new batteries but does not lock or unlock doors or trunk. Key will not alarm when panic button pushed. Put key in ignition and nothing. No sound, nothing! Steering wheel will not move

I have a feeling its your anti- theft system, this will need to be looked at by the dealership...

Do you have a spare key? If so try it.

is the anti-theft system controlled by a fuse or is there something I can do to investigate. I don't have a second key.
