I purchased a car from Oryx Motors. I would like to leave a review.

I am supposed to pick-up the 2009 E63 still being advertised by Oryx Motors on June
26th.  Owner received the check for nearly asking price last week.  He stated it had the
performance package which adds $6000 to the value of the car on NADA.  It turns out it
doesn't but he says "it's a performance car is it not?'  I have a flight booked and 4 days
of hotels booked.  When confronted about it I asked for a $300 radar detector as a
consolation for it not having a 6k packaging hoping the the car is still close to value
anyway even though I am purchasing it sight unseen for nearly asking price.  He will
not return my calls or e-mails.  The car is still being advertised and he's had my money
for a week.   I am unsure if I will get my money back and have to cancel flight and hotels,
pay interest on the money he has which is $300 a month.  Don't work with this guy.  He
is a sweet talker and a liar.
