You have an air ride suspension, your air bag or suspension/airmatic shock is not fully inflating, or the control unit is not working properly.

Your air bellow is leaking. Unfortunately this has now caused a bigger issue and that is the airmatic pump will also need replacing as it is only designed to inflate the suspension and then cut off. As you have had a leak in one of the bellows the pump will have burnt itself out as it has been constantly running $2500 ish and you'll be up and running again. sorry no pun intended.
