My Trailblazer is too fast

My 1500 horsepower 2008 Trailblazer SS TT BY Nelson Racing is too fast and won't stay under 190mph. Does anyone know how to slow these things down? My foot seems to be too heavy also. Any recommendation's on good driving shoes?
