I have 2009 Acura TL and the engine oil indicator comes on saying oil level is low,but when I check it it's normal.could it be electrical?

Yes, but it could also be mechanical. If it is a 2009, it probably has a few miles by now. Compression is high on those cars, so if you have developed low compression from worn piston rings, it can definitely affect oil pressure. Could be a sending unit, but a scan tool will tell you if it is working. If not scan tool is available, it can be tested with a volt meter also. If the sending unit is good, I would measure compression on all cylinders. Rule of thumb is no more than 5% difference by power balance standards.
