Fuel saving pellets

Is it safe to put fuel saving pellets in along with the
fuel when fueling up, I don't want them to block my
fuel tank

"fuel saving pellets" sounds like pure bunkum.

You can condition gas with some additives like "Dry Gas", "Octane Boost", or "Heat" but those do nothing as far as improving gas mileage.

If you fill up your tank with pebbles you will then save a LOT of money because a gas fill up will only take a gallon or two ;)
