Where is the starter relay located in the TIPM of the2009 Chrysler Town and Country Limited

As i have noted in videos about this....it is actually hard wired (soldered) to a circuit board which is embedded inside (under) the TIPM. Try harder, you can find the videos online. Would post a link but not sure if we are supposed to do that in this forum.
After market kits are available with instructions on how to take the existing fuel relay out of the loop and solder in a new external one.
Sorry, need to clarify something. I am referring to the fuel pump relay. When it goes bad your vehicle will not start. When the starter relay goes bad the vehicle will not crank....you would only hear a click when you turn the key or hear nothing at all.
