A/C clutch power

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

A/C clutch not kicking in. New Clutch and compressor. When compressor is
unplugged get a pulsating 12-13 volts at the terminal. When plug in
compressor, does not appear to get power to compressor. Am able to jump
compressor to get it to run.
