Bought a 2009 Jeep Patriot used
and when I got my title saw that it
was a lemon buyback.  Paid too
much (my bad). Have had it in the
shop 7 times. Had to rent a car on
a long trip because it broke down.
Sunk several hundred dollars to fix
it and then sun roof leaded (asked
the dealer about this concern
before I bought it and was
assured it didnt). It does. This is a
total piece of crap! Can I sue the
dealership for not disclosing it is a
lemon?

If they did not disclose this I would sue. Read all the paper work you signed. I bet the disclosure is there ;)
