2009 jeep patriot won't start

Went to have the oil changed was told I had a valve gasket leak. replaced the
valve gaskets and the cover.  a fuse to the starter blew replaced the fuse the
car will not start.  I have a new starter, alternator, battery and battery cables
also a new electrical switch. lights and everything comes on was making a
clicking sound now no sound at all help

check the starter relay in the drivers side fender, the box isn't sealed to the wires and water gets in there. Good Luck https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lcZ06rufm6s&list=WL&index=1&t=308s
