your car is jerking because of your crankshaft and camshaft sensor which need to be replaced change it as soon as possible i would also change your TCM speed sensor i had the same problem.. and theirs a recall on nissan altimas 2005 and other cars for the ECM reprogramming.
My car jerks real bad when trying to take off or when I put it in reverse it jerks and barely wanna go
