Cabin fan noise & Power Surges & Door Seals

Does anyone else have noise problems with their cabin fan heater? I find that it makes a very annoying buzzing, fluttering noise at all power levels. The fan unit was already replaced once which makes me wonder if it might be a voltage supply problem?

Does anyone else notice a voltage surge once in awhile? I notice that the headlights might brighten or dim or the cabin fan might change its tone?

I also had the door seals all replaced on the drivers side because the doors were rattling alot. New door seals fixed the problem.

No. Just the standard Bose unit. The fan makes the noises with the radio on or off. Power surges also take place with the radio on or off. When I switch the car off I can hear the fan ramp down - sounds mechanically worn down. Its been changed once already. Now the dealer tells me its characteristic of the fan to make such noises!!!

try wiggling the wires while the cabinanfan is on or push on the fan wheel while its on.if either one of these work then you have a bad wire or a dry baering. i know its new, but things like this can happen.
