Leaking condensation from AC onto exhaust pipe

My car is leaking fluid. I'm guessing condensation
from the AC, we have AC in the front and rear of
the van. When I get home after running the AC I
hear a sizzle and if I look under the car the exhaust
is being dripped on causing steam. Is the water not
being directed to the right draining spot? Will this
cause exhaust issues and rusting?
