Battery has a full charge and connections/battery cables clean and tight, all ends, not just at the battery. Check the fuses in fuse box for voltage, some fuses hot all the time, some go hot with key on, check both ways, use a test light. Voltage and ground both are important.

try recharging the battery check the fuses and spark plugs hold the gas for about 10 minutes at least hold the clutch and gas then try to turn it on at the same time
