09 Charger 3.5 no crank no start

I have a 09 Dodge Charger. I put the key in and all
dash lights come on, lights work, windows. Just as
far as I can tell it won't crank? Anyone have an idea
as to how to fix?

    I have the 3.5 V6, the timing belt broke. I replaced it and still have no start. I have fuel pressure and spark. timing it correct ( triple checked). I tried to pressure test and no pressure.
