2009 Dodge Charger sxt wont start

So I took my daughter to a daddy daughter
dance and when I went to start it it paused
for a few seconds and then started then
started down the road and he headlights
went on and off a few times then
everything was working fine for home and
wanted to move the charger and it
wouldn't start went online people said the
relay so I replaced that still not start. I also
noticed that the horn and headlights won't
work only if you hit the panic button on the
fob. My ignition was replaced a little over a
year ago, also all cycles through all 3 clicks
so the ignition looks fine. Does anyone
have any ideas that might help. (Battery
and alternator are good) no corrosion all
good connections.
