I have a 2009 Grand Cherokee Laredo with factory 17' wheels. Will the 2011 Grand Cherokee wheels fit my 2009 Grand Cherokee? They come with 265/60 R18 tires

Do you mean that the vehicle will raise in height? not clear on the speedometer answer. sorry for the questions but just want to make sure before I buy the wheels

The 18 inch set of tires is larger that OEM. When your speedometer reads 60 mph, you will be actually traveling at 62 mph. It will raise your ground clearance by one half inch.
