2009 JGCL AC won't turn at first then when it does it is very low
When i turn the dial for AC nothing happens, sometime it will kick in and seem to work fine, but now it's taking longer to kick in and when it does it is very low.

Either the switch is bad or the blower motor is about to go or it could be the resistor to blower motor.
