No heat in Jeep Grand Cherokee

The issue I'm having is that I have no heat coming
out of my vents. Adjusting air from down by my feet
to my face or even defrosts works fine. So does the
A/C, actually the air feels cold even when a/c is
turned off there's a slight temperature difference,
I've noticed at night when driving I'm getting a lot of  
condensation  And or moisture on my windows.
And when I turn on the defrosters it pushes even
more condensation to the point I gotta use my
wipers just so wipe em off. Any ideas what it could
be?

I know I shouldn't run a/c on along with wipers to get rid of condensation... I have no heat to get rid of the condensation and when I turn defrosters on and low heat The air is blowing out like a/c cold air but the a/c is not on. My Jeep is causing the extra condensation build up. I topped off my coolant haven't checked the thermostat.
