Sometimes when battery voltage is lost, some modules may have to relearn or be reprogrammed. I don't know if those systems will relearn on their own? Sometimes I tell people to use a memory saver anytime they take battery loose, so the systems, hopefully, won't have any problems when you hook everything back up? If your headlamps and wipers work manually then you should be ok, till you get it fixed. Just my opinion.
