humming noise

When i drive my car at about 30mph i hear a humming noise that almost sounds like an airplane. What could it be

Hi. There is alot of factors in humming noises. Is there a vibration? Is the sound comming from the front or the rear? Front wheel drive or rear? Does it shake or shimmy whn the noise starts? Stab in the dark, most common thing that would cause a sound like that would be a wheel bearing. Let me know

hub and bearing ruled out. Sounds like from drivers front only after 45 mph some very slight vibration in the gas pedal. Transmission? Torque converter? CV shaft? power steering pump?
