2009 6.2L Denali hesitation

My PU has a slight hesitation when starting out from a stop. We just had the throttle body and air flow sensor replaced about 2 months ago new air filter, injector cleaner. No codes. 90000km, runs synthetic oil 10-30 in the winter. Just changed back to regular 10-30. Should we run a higher grad of gas? maybe some injector cleaner again

My Denali requires Premium fuel, maybe try running a bottle of seafoam through it.
