GMC Sierra 1500 shifting issues
I have a 2009 GMC Sierra 1500 that has been acting weird lately. When I
come to a rolling stop (Yield) or take a corner slower, when I hit the gas
after that, the RPM's will climb up, and my speedometer stays at 0. If I pull
over, put the car in park, then back into drive, it goes back to normal.
Sometimes I wont notice its doing this, then do another rolling stop, and it
goes back to normal
It also acts up in reverse, sometimes when backing up (like up a hill or in
mud or slush) the truck will feel like it kicks out, then it sounds like a
winding noise after that with the RPMS stick around 4k. If I put it into park,
it goes back to normal.
Anyone ever run into something like this?
